The 16 Survivors of Time is a group of women who were initiated into Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. on October 25, 1987 at Epsilon Chapter, on the campus of The Ohio State University.
In celebration of our 30th “Line” Anniversary in 2017, we created a non-profit organization called The 16 Survivors of Time Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc. This Foundation was established to honor the legacy of two of our line sisters who have passed away, Sheryl Brown and Stephanie Blanchard-Lee.
We have created two scholarships to honor their legacy:
- The Sheryl Brown Memorial Scholarship – a fund to help advance African-American women in the field of Psychology.
- The Stephanie Blanchard-Lee Memorial Scholarship – a fund to help advance African-American women in the field of Criminal Justice.
